Due to tight scrutiny and regulations at waste disposal facilities , all cement sheeting- fibro etc (asbestos or not), unless supplied with certification to indicate it is not contaminated needs to be treated as contaminated or asbestos sheeting.

Sheeting MUST NOT go in an EziBin skip but can be wrapped and packed separately in an EziBag where it can be disposed of safely without ramifications. Any sheeting found in an EziBin will remain the responsibility of the customer and will incur a $400 fee and be returned to the site address for correct repackaging.

EziBags are approx. 1.25m3 and are when filled with asbestos are priced from $450 including disposal. The EziBag needs to be double lined with black plastic sheeting, pieces put in and the plastic taped up to form a parcel within the EziBag. 

Gyprock/plasterboard is allowed to go in a EziBin skip bin.

ALL BINS AND BAGS - Must NOT contain any paint, chemicals, food or asbestos!

Green Waste

*must be clippings, branches ONLY maximum 100mm thickness, no stumps, trunks, roots and root balls.

Domestic Bin /Bag

*must not contain: soil, rocks, dirt, bricks, concrete, tiles, tree stumps, roots, root balls, agapanthus,  tree branches maximum 100mm thickness, gyprock, carpet, structural timber, building material, tyres, chemicals, cement sheeting, paint, food, asbestos, bed bases or mattresses.

Commercial Bin / Bag

*must not contain any soil, rocks, dirt, bricks, concrete, tiles, tree stumps, roots, root balls, agapanthus, tree branches maximum 100mm thickness, tyres, chemicals, cement sheeting, asbestos, paint, food, bed bases or mattresses.

Industrial Bin (contents not allowed in EZI-BAG, allowable in EZI-BIN only)

*must not contain tyres, any asbestos, paint, food, chemicals, cement sheeting, bed bases or mattresses.

Brick/Concrete only (contents not allowed in EZI-BAG, allowable in EZI-BIN only)

*must not contain: anything but concrete, bricks, terracotta concrete roof tiles.

Timber Only (contents not allowed in EZI-BAG, allowable in EZI-BIN only)

*must not contain anything but untreated timber only.

Asbestos Only (contents not allowed in EZI-BIN, allowable in EZI-BAG only)

Conditions of Hire

*All rubbish will remain the property of the requested address until legally disposed of.

*Standard bin hire is 1-4 days, additional days incur a $20 a day charge.

Payment is to be made at time of booking. If bin is not ready at time of collection a $50 attendance fee will be charged.

Bins and Bags must NOT be filled above the rim.

It is at the drivers discretion to charge for over filled bins/bags or bins/bags filled with inappropriate material.

Bags must be left within 4 metres of Nature Strip with NO OBSTRUCTIONS for truck to collect. If collection can not be made due to obstructions or hazards a $50 attendance fee will be charged.

The drivers responsibility will cease at the kerbside of the address stated. If He or She is asked to enter on to private property the owner shall provide a safe and adequate access and not withstanding will pay for any damage or cost the may result there-from.

If you would like to cancel your bin delivery order or bag collection before the requested date, please call our office on 0247544740 to receive a refund back to the credit card you made payment from.

If you would like to cancel your bin on or after delivery day, please call our office on 0247544740 and a $50 delivery fee will be deducted from your credit card payment, and the remainder will be refunded to your credit card used for the initial payment.

INCORRECT WASTE LOADED INTO YOUR BIN WILL RESULT IN YOUR BIN NOT BEING COLLECTED  AND  A FEE OF $400 WILL APPLY.
