*Standard bin hire is 1-4 days, additional days incur a $20 a day charge. Payment is to be made at time of delivery. If bin is not ready at time of collection, or if full payment is not made a $50 delivery fee will be charged.
Bins must NOT be filled above the rim.
It is at the drivers discretion to charge for over filled bins or bins filled with inappropriate material.
The drivers responsibility will cease at the kerbside of the address stated. If he or She is asked to enter on to private property the owner shall provide a safe and adequate access and not withstanding will pay for any damage or cost the may result there-from.
If you would like to cancel your bin order before the delivery date, please call our office on 0247544740 to receive a refund back to the credit card you made payment from.
If you would like to cancel your bin on or after delivery day, please call our office on 0247544740 and a $50 delivery fee will be deducted from your credit card payment, and the remainder will be refunded to your credit card used for the initial payment.
INCORRECT WASTE LOADED INTO YOUR BIN WILL RESULT IN YOUR BIN NOT BEING COLLECTED AND A FEE OF $400 WILL APPLY.
